My
Journal

I
gave up with the speech to text software and am dictating this entry for Ames
to type into a computer and then to print out for me to put into my journal.
Can’t get too personal, but at least I can record, with pleasure, what Lee told
me last night.
By
tomorrow it will be public.
Melody
is pregnant!
I
can just hear all those comments again about a ray gun wedding. But Lee told me
that Numbers told him that the female of their species is anatomically always
receptive to conception. And that the gestation period is only two months.
Can
you believe it? In just a short time she will begin to show.
Numbers also told Lee that it is not too early
to determine just how many babies there are.
Lee
has arranged for her to see a doctor today.
I
wonder how many grandchildren Emmie and I are going to have?
